Welded Screen This image highlights some of the biggest advantages of Dreamscreens: the welds. We weld a clear vinyl strip to the top and bottom edge of each screen. Without a top and bottom weld, the screen is essentially an un-hemmed fabric, and will fray badly after use. |

Screen |We also weld the clear vinyl top and bottom strip directly to the spline (the black vertical portion on the left, which is welded directly to the screen) with extra strips. This double re-enforcing makes for an extremely durable corner, a weak point in any other design. |

Full Length Weld This image simply shows the clear seam on the right, which is welded to the spline at the top. The clear weld rides in the tracks and remains out of sight. Without the weld vinyl strips, strands of screen would eventually peel away (and hang down or get caught in the retracting mechanism) |

Magnet Roll This image shows the material used for our full length magnetic seal. It is custom manufactured for Dreamscreens. By using a full length magnet, not on only do we get a complete seal, but the magnet can never get knocked out of adjustment. which can happen if only a couple short magnets were used. |

Pull Rail Caps Here are a few of the many specially fabricated Teflon impregnated parts (Press Release) used in the Dreamscreen. Besides being very durable, the parts provide self lubrication, minimizing maintenance. This material is exclusive to Dreamscreens. |

Ball Bearings We use sealed ball bearings in BOTH the top and bottom (Dreamscreen exclusive) of the retracting tube, for maintenance free use and super smooth operation. |

Deep Top Rail The Dreamscreen's exclusive deep guide rail (on the left) provides two huge advantages. First, it is structurally much stronger, allowing installations without fastening the top rail to the door frame. Second, it prevents the wind from blowing out the screen, a very major problem for shallow top track designs. |

Foam Bumper The foam bumper runs the full vertical length of the pull rail, eliminating any metal-to-metal contact. |
